# System Requirements

**The EarthCache ArcGIS Pro Add-In** **is compatible with ArcGIS Pro 3.0+ and ArcGIS Pro 2.9. Both versions use different download files. See** [**How to Get Started**](/about.md#how-to-get-started) **for more information.**

Requirements to use the Add-In for ArcGIS Pro 2.9

* To use the EarthCache Add-In for the 2.9 version of ArcGIS Pro, an additional download of WebView2 is required. See [Installation ](https://skywatch-arcgis.geomarvel.cloud/setup/pages/hjGsSiVhVVc7yCCCYdJH#download-webview2-if-using-add-in-for-arcgis-pro-2.9)for more details.

Storage requirements:

* Imagery downloads necessitate a considerable allocation of storage space. It is essential to ensure that an adequate amount of disk space is available on your computer prior to initiating the imagery download process through the Add-In.

Network requirements:

* Downloads and requests to the SkyWatch API can be time and resource-consuming. For optimal performance, please make sure that your internet connection meets minimum speed requirements for data downloads.
